Riker

Riker is our resident therapy dog who helps his person, Johanna, out with her sessions. He is an American Kennel Club Good Citizen and has been working with clients for over two years. He loves coming to work and helping clients by providing comfort and attention. His favorite things to do outside of work are going on walks, getting extra snacks, naps, and his stuffed hedgehog

Jade Dilliner

I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, so you will find that my office consists of many toys and games. I also spend a lot of time at the gym, so I like to advocate for incorporating physical activity into daily routines. Incorporating physical movement in session can be beneficial especially when working with children, but it is not required.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, LGBTQIA+ related topics, ADHD, self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, anger management, emotion regulation, among others. I utilize a person-centered approach through theories and methods ranging from Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing to Solution-Focused Therapy. I want to work with you to create an action plan that best suits your needs.
