I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Drug and
Alcohol Counselor (CADC). I strive to support clients with creative,
individualized, and evidence-based techniques to inspire growth and
well-being. I have experience working with adults of all ages,
adolescents, and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, grief/loss,
PTSD including complex and betrayal trauma, self-harm, suicidal
ideation, life and career transitions, and co-occurring mental health
and substance abuse struggles. My approach is holistic, considering
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. I look forward to
