Leta Jaquis LMSW is located at our Ames office.
I am Leta Jaquis, a Licensed Master’s level Social Worker (LMSW). I have experience working with clients of all ages doing individual and family therapy. I got my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Loras College, Dubuque, IA and my Master’s in Social Work from Clarke University, Dubuque, IA. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and helping them make steps toward their goals. I am trained in EMDR and child-centered play therapy. The modalities I use most are child-centered play therapy, CBT, EMDR, solution focused, and internal family systems. I work with clients with a range of presenting concerns including ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+, family issues, and anger management.
