Jade Dilliner TLMHC is located at our Johnston office.
I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, so you will find that my office consists of many toys and games. I also spend a lot of time at the gym, so I like to advocate for incorporating physical activity into daily routines. Incorporating physical movement in session can be beneficial especially when working with children, but it is not required.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, LGBTQIA+ related topics, ADHD, self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, anger management, emotion regulation, among others. I utilize a person-centered approach through theories and methods ranging from Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing to Solution-Focused Therapy. I want to work with you to create an action plan that best suits your needs.
