As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, Caela specializes in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals of all identities. With a background in Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she brings a holistic approach to helping clients navigate life's challenges and reach their full potential.
With extensive experience working with children as young as 4, adolescents, and adults up to age 99, Caela has worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including: trauma recovery, self-esteem and identity struggles, communication and relationship difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, non-suicidal self-injury and emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and alcohol and substance use challenges.
Caela is deeply committed to fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, believing that a trusting relationship is the foundation for lasting change. By utilizing a blend of therapeutic approaches, she works collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, develop coping strategies, and find solutions that align with their values and goals. In addition to individual therapy, Caela offers couple and family therapy to help strengthen relationships and improve communication. She is proud to be LGBTQ+ friendly, and her practice is built on inclusivity, respect, and empathy for clients of all backgrounds.
